THERAPY FOR REAL LIFE.
Pediatric Occupational & Speech Therapy in Apollo Beach
Children don't live their lives sitting at a therapy table. At Apollo Beach Therapy Center, they don't have to.
Our therapists use our unique 7-acre campus, including indoor therapy spaces, sensory gym, playgrounds, gardens, outdoor areas and swimming pool, to help children build skills where they naturally learn best: through movement, play and real-life experiences.

Therapy for Real Life
-Apollo Beach Therapy Center’s Philosophy
Learning a skill is only the beginning
Tying a shoe during therapy is great.
Tying your own shoes before going outside to play is better.
Practicing conversation with a therapist is important.
Using those skills with another child on the playground is where they become meaningful.
Working on balance in the sensory gym matters.
Using that balance to ride a bike builds independence.
Our goal is carryover.
We want children to take the skills they develop in therapy and use them at home, at school, on the playground and throughout their everyday lives.
Parents Are Part of the Therapy Team
Meaningful progress doesn't happen in the therapy room alone. At Apollo Beach Therapy Center, we believe parents and caregivers are an important part of the therapy process.
Our therapists work alongside families to create consistency between therapy and everyday life. The same language, strategies, exercises, and routines used during therapy can be carried over at home, helping new skills become familiar, functional, and part of your child's daily routine.
Every therapy session is one hour, with approximately 10 minutes dedicated to parent education and collaboration. During this time, your therapist may review progress, demonstrate activities, discuss strategies, or help you understand how to practice a skill at home.
Can't be there in person? That's okay. When appropriate, we use session notes, photos, and videos to help families see what we're working on and provide practical tools for carryover at home.
Therapy is one hour. Progress happens all week.
Our goal is to give families the tools and confidence to make therapy part of real life.
